DAY 30 OF THE CLUB CAL HANDSTAND CHALLENGE! ππ€ΈπΌββοΈ ONE ARM HANDSTAND
β> Beginner/Intermediate drill: Start in a handstand with your belly facing the wall. Straddle the legs to aid in balance, and shift as much weight as you can into one arm, hold for 5-10 seconds.
β> Advanced Drill: Option one is to start in a handstand facing the wall with blocks on either side of your hands. Shift all your weight into one arm to lift the other one into a block. Shift back into the other arm to lift the other hand into a block. Repeat to bring both hands back to the floor, 3-5 reps. Option two is a full one arm handstand hold for 5-10 seconds, either on the wall or freestanding.
