> Prone shoulder dislocates
> Arm circles with light weight
> Table rocks
> Side plank overarch 
> Plank shrugs
> Shoulder stretches
You'll need:
>> A PVC Pipe or broomstick handle
>> Floor space
>> An elevated surface like a counter or table
>> A light dumbbell or water bottle (optional)
