In this 35-min full-body Mobility Class, Coach Katie will take you through a series of exercises that will help keep your hips and shoulders healthy. Your exercises will include:
> Weighted arm circles
> Shoulder external/internal rotation
> Wrist and shoulder stretches
> Active and passive spinal extension
> Hip, quad, hamstring, and glute stretches
> Pancake mobility
What you'll need:
>> Light Dumbbells or water bottle
>> Elevated surface (box, couch arm, yoga blocks, etc)
