In this 45 minute Mobility LOWER class, Amie will take you through a series of exercises that will help keep your hips, knees, and ankles healthy. She'll also take you through some spine mobility as well. Your exercises include:
> Standing and kneeling hip circles
> Hamstring and IT band stretches
> Adductor and abductor stretches
> Hip brigdes
> Cobra lifts
> Spinal extension stretch
You'll need:
