In this 30 minute Strength UPPER class, Grace will take you through a workout that focuses on upper body push. This is a great class to strengthen your upper body for headstand push-ups. Your exercises will include:
> Pike push-ups
> Arch-ups
> DB overhead press
> Prone leg lifts
> Lawnmower rows
> Plank shoulder taps
> Archer push-ups
You'll need:
>> Yoga mat (optional)
>> Dumbbells or backpack full of heavy objects
