In this Strength LOWER class, Coach Grace will take you through a workout that will focus on the strength and stability needed for pistol squats. Then you'll finish with a conditioning circuit to get your heart pumping! Your exercises will include:
> Single leg squats (full or with bench)
> Standing leg lifts
> Jump squats
> Lunges
> Single leg hip bridges
You'll need:
> Bench, chair, or other elevated surface
> A pair of dumbbells or backpack with weights (optional)
> Floor space
