In this 30 minute Handstand BASICS class, Coach Crystal will take you through a variety of handstand entries. Some of these exercises are advanced, but Crystal will give options for all levels! Your exercises will include:
> Kicks ins
> Tuck up to handstand
> Single leg knee tuck kick in
> Straddle jump to handstand
> Core work
You'll need:
>> Yoga mat (optional)
>> PVC pipe or broom handle
>> Single dumbbell (or water bottle, can of soup, etc.)
