Our Mobility Classes intentionally prepare you for the adventures ahead! We offer 3 types of Mobility Classes: Upper, Lower, and 360. Each focused class combines strength and flexibility training to create mobility in your joints and spine. The movements in these classes will complement the training in the strength and handstand classes we offer as well, and are designed to help you minimize injuries. Plus, mobility work makes our bodies feel good!
In this 30 minute Mobility 360 class, Coach Seth will take you through a series of exercises that will keep all your joints healthy. This class is especially helpful for gaining mobility in your low squat position!
